We’re live: Vienna Broadband just connected our first customer

We’re excited to share a big milestone. Vienna Broadband and Axiom have officially connected their first customer to our new community-owned high-speed internet network. This marks the start of live service in the community.

What this means for you:

• The network is real and working.
• Subscribers will be activated in phases over the coming weeks as crews complete final construction, testing, and light up each segment.
• The Fire Station on Kimball Pond Road now has internet, and installations will begin next week with customers along that road.

Be Patient- We will call you to schedule installation when it is your turn!

What to expect at install
• Standard drop from the street to your home, then an indoor router setup
• Typical appointment time: 60 to 90 minutes
• You can keep your current provider until your new service is live

• Fiber-powered internet built for streaming, gaming, video calls, and work from home
• Symmetrical speeds for fast uploads and downloads
• Support from Axiom

Construction and activation timeline
• Segment activations will continue one home at a time along completed line construction.
