- Reviewed and dispersed the mail.
- The Selectmen received information that Gary Fuller will resign as code enforcement officer. The selectmen will be looking for a new code enforcement officer to take over his job.
- The selectmen discussed the newsletter. Kirsten Heck has been appointed to the position of editor. First edition will be April 1st.
- The town has been offered to purchase the property on route 41(known as the salt shed lot) by the Maine Department of Transportation. The state wants $25,000 for the property if the town wishes to continue to use the lot.
- The selectmen worked with two residents to find owners of certain properties in town. The residents are hoping to put a recreational trail through the properties.
- Stan Webster is the new president of the Franklin Cemetery. He is taking over from Harold Bean who managed the cemetery for many years.
