4. The front door lock has been put back in place and three new keys have been ordered. One will be given to the Fire Department to enter in case of an emergency.

4. The selectmen discussed roads. The stream road had a wash out and the Road Commissioner replaced the culvert and repaired the damage.

6. The three-year contract for Winter Roads Snow Removal has gone out to bid. The selectmen reserve the right to extend for an additional 2 years. Bids will be opened at 6:45 on February 25, 2020.
7. Town meeting will be on the 14th of March.
8. Election for town officials will be Friday, March 13th from 4:00 to 8:00. Laura Church is running for first selectman. Josh Robbins is running as a write-in candidate for RSU#9 school board representative.
