Selectmen minutes

There was no Selectmen’s Meeting held on January 13th.  Selectmen attended the Vienna Board of Appeals Hearing (Cell Tower decision appeal).

1. Reviewed and dispersed mail.
2. Read and accepted minutes.
3. Reviewed and signed Warrant #02 ($61,927.99).
4. The selectmen assisted a representative of the state with property cards and lot locations.
5. The selectmen reviewed and signed the January Bank Reconciliation report.
6. Selectmen worked on the 2015 budget for the March Town Meeting Warrant.

3. Reviewed and signed Warrant #3 - $26,821.28
4. Selectmen worked on the Warrant for the 2015 Town Meeting.
5. Selectmen worked on their report for the town report.

1. Reviewed and dispersed the mail.
2. Read and accepted minutes from the previous meeting.
3. Finalized and signed the Warrant for Town Meeting.
4. Discussed items from her report with the Tax collector/Town Clerk.

3. Reviewed and signed Warrant #4 - $84,226.06
4. Discussed tentative dates to request proposals for the following in 2015:
   a. Off-road Snow Removal Contract
   b. Plow and Sand/Salt Winter Roads Contract
   c. Winter sand
5. Dodi reported that she delivered the town report to Pettingill Printing on Friday the 13th .  The reports should be back in Vienna by Thursday, March 5th and mailed out on the 6th
