2. Read and accepted minutes from previous meeting.
3. General discussion of the 2013 town report.

Due to icy road conditions the meeting was cancelled.Warrant #4 was reviewed and signed independently.

2. Reviewed and accepted the proposal from Creston Gaither dba York Hill Surveying to update the property maps for 2014.
3. Assisted town resident with tax maps and property card review.

2. Read and accepted minutes from previous meeting.
3. Reviewed and signed Warrant #5.
4. Discussed the Town Audit.
5. Discussed foreclosures due to unpaid taxes. Properties that have been foreclosed on may be put out to auction after a 60 day posting in the Town, the Franklin Journal, the Vienna Record and the town website.

3. Re-elected Dodi as Chairmen of the board of selectmen.
4. The selectmen discussed the Town Meeting and agreed all seemed to go well.
5. The townspeople raised and appropriated $520,524 at the 2014 town meeting.
6. The selectmen discussed property abatements.
7. Another discussion of the list of foreclosed properties and what the town will do with them. The selectmen agreed to try to work with the property owners one more time before putting them up for auction.
