- Reviewed and dispersed mail.
- Read and accepted minutes from the previous meeting.
- The winter sand and salt preparation has been completed for the upcoming winter.
- John Waterbury (senior loss control consultant.)of the Maine Municipal Association met with Dodi and Mark Holmes (Assistant Fire Chief) at the Fire Station earlier today. Mr. Waterbury inspected the facility and reviewed paper work, policies and standard operating procedures, etc. He will be submitting a report of his findings.
- Discussed property card valuation with town residents. They feel as if they are being over taxed on their building. They were advised to submit an abatement application, which they did.
- Discussed the fact that some residents felt that there was a lack of advertising for the November 3rd election, and the hours open for voting. Upcoming elections will be posted on the website.
