The Superior court has denied the challenge by Jonathan Lawless, et. al. to the decision of the Vienna Board of Appeals to grant a permit for constructions of the cell tower.
On Feb. 9, 2015 the Board of Appeals had overturned the Planning Boards denial of Global Tower Assetts, LLC and Northeast Wireless Networks, LLC request to construct a cell tower in Vienna. This ruling by the Board of Appeals has been upheld by the court.
