- Reviewed and signed Warrant #16.
- Selectmen signed annual Transfer Station and Solid Waste Disposal Agreement with Waste Management of Norridgewock - November 1, 2012 through October 31, 2012. Same rates as last year.
- Jr. reported that the grinding and grading of Klir Beck Road will be done on Wednesday of this week; paving on Klir Beck and Tower Road on Thursday.
- Hot patch will be delivered to the Parker Pond Boat Landing – repairs to the landing will be done by the Youth Corp and supervised by the 30 Mile River Watershed Group.
- Selectmen signed a Quit Claim Deed releasing any interest in a property on Townhouse Road which is now owned by Franklin-Somerset Credit Union.
- Mail was reviewed and dispersed.
