- Reviewed and dispersed the mail.
- The selectmen read and accepted the minutes from the previous meeting.
- A resident wanted to know how to transfer property. The selectmen directed the resident toward the Kennebec County Registry of Deeds.
- Fire Chief, Brian Church, discussed the use of the community room and the possibility of opening it again to public use. Discussion was held on charging a cleaning fee until Covid has been taken care of. The Selectmen agreed to continue to keep the building closed to public use until further notice.
- The selectmen discussed the cutting of the town property known as the “Old Dump” property. This process would need to be put out to bid. The selectmen are considering this as a way to make money for the town.
- The town is looking into a new code enforcement officer. Matthew Drost is considering an offer to work for the town.
- A resident requested an abatement for his parents' taxes from 2019. The bank sent paperwork stating the 2019 taxes are unpaid and will have a lien placed on the property. The resident is concerned the bank will foreclose on the property.
