- Reviewed and signed Warrant #20.
- Opened and distributed Mail.
- Read and accepted minutes from previous meeting.
- Fire Chief Brian Church reported that the Fire Department has received the new forestry skid. Chimney cleaning has been completed for the year - 24 chimneys were cleaned.
- Lenny Meader, snowplow contractor raised concerns about town road being ready for the upcoming winter plowing, i.e. tree limbs and brush over hanging into the road way. The selectmen and road commissioner agreed that we still have some areas that are in need of brush cutting and this will be completed before the winter plowing begins.
- Dan Goucher, road commissioner reported that Davis Road has been graded and pot holes have been filled, Varney Road has been graded, Stream Road regraded and ditched.The Road Commissioner is also to have a culvert on the Bessey road replaced and complete the trimming of trees. Patching will be finished within the next couple of weeks.
- The Town has received permission from Game Warden Gary Allen to remove the beaver dam in order to replace the damaged culverts on the Egypt pond road. This is to be done with in the next few weeks.
