- Reviewed and dispersed the mail.
- The selectmen read and accepted the minutes from the previous meeting.
- The selectboard signed an agreement with the state giving funds to a resident in order to replace a septic system. (Small Community Grants are available to Maine residents within income limits).
- The selectboard reviewed the contract with the state for the purchase of the property known as the “Salt Shed”. All changes requested by the town attorney have been made and will be reviewed one more time before town officials sign it.
- Mike Rogers from Maine Revenue Service visited to check on the town's appraisal paperwork. This coming year the town will be going through a reevaluation in order to keep the town up to date to receive state grants and finance assistance.
