- Reviewed and dispersed the mail.
- The selectmen read and accepted the minutes from the previous meeting.
- The selectmen discussed the need for a new Treasurer. Kirsten has decided not to continue; however she will stay until the end of her appointment (March). The selectmen discussed speaking with Erin Norton. Erin is a treasurer for several other local towns.
- Worked on the 2020 Town Report.
