- Voted and signed TAN (Tax Anticipation Note) for $100,000 at 3.99% with no pre-payment penalty to be issued April 24th with TD Bank.
- Donald, Animal Control Officer, signed the 2012-2013 contracts with Franklin Country Animal Shelter. Also discussed issues with animals on the Klir Beck Rd. and Herrin Woods Rd.
